• Interfere with the operation, security, integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.

• Use the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our systems.

• Remove, alter, or conceal copyright, trademark, ownership, or other legal notices.

  1. User content

Some features may allow you to upload, submit, create, send, publish, or share photos, images, files, messages, reviews, comments, or other content. This material is referred to as “User Content.”

You retain any ownership rights that you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, technically modify, format, and otherwise process that User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the relevant Service feature.

• Deliver the User Content to you or persons you select.

• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service.

We may remove, restrict, disable, or refuse to process User Content where we reasonably believe that it violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, creates a security or legal risk, or must be removed to comply with law.

The license granted for User Content ends when the User Content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited copies retained in backups, security records, legal-compliance records, or dispute-related files.

  1. Public features

If the Service allows you to post information in a public area, information you publish may be visible to other users or members of the public.

You should not publish information that you want to keep private or confidential.

We do not control how other users may use information that you intentionally make public. You remain responsible for the User Content you publish through public features.

  1. Feedback

You may voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about the Service.

You grant us permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and implement that feedback without payment or restriction.

We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission unless required by law.

  1. Paid features and subscriptions

Some content or features may require a one-time payment, subscription, in-app purchase, or other fee.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown applicable information such as:

• The price and currency.

• The billing period.

• Applicable taxes.

• Whether the subscription renews automatically.

• The renewal price.

• Any free-trial or introductory-offer conditions.

• The cancellation method.

• Any material restrictions that apply to the purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us or the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount using your selected payment method.

  1. App-store and third-party billing

If you make a purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, that platform may process your payment and manage billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests.

Your purchase may also be governed by the platform’s terms and policies.

Where your subscription is billed through a third-party platform, you must normally cancel the subscription through that platform.

Deleting the application or deleting your Soaps.show account may not automatically cancel a subscription that is billed by a third-party platform.

  1. Automatic renewals and cancellation

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew for the billing period disclosed at checkout unless you cancel it before the applicable renewal deadline.

You may cancel through the account, app store, payment provider, or other method described when you purchased the subscription.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to access the applicable paid features until that period ends.

  1. Free trials and promotional offers

We may offer free trials, discounts, credits, promotional access, or other special offers.

Eligibility, duration, limitations, renewal conditions, and other terms will be displayed when the offer is presented.

Where clearly disclosed before enrollment, a free trial may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the stated deadline.

Promotional offers may not be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used more than once unless the offer states otherwise.

  1. Prices and refunds

Prices may vary by country, platform, currency, subscription plan, and applicable taxes.

We may change prices for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide advance notice before a new price applies to an existing subscription.

Refund eligibility is determined by:

• Applicable law.

• The terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• The policies of the app store or payment provider that processed the purchase.

• Any applicable promotional or subscription terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right that applies to you.

  1. Intellectual property

The Service may contain, display, link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party websites, applications, platforms, payment providers, app stores, analytics services, advertising services, or other products.

Third-party services are not controlled by us and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• The availability or operation of third-party services.

• Content published by third parties.

• Third-party products, advertisements, or offers.

• Independent actions or omissions of third-party providers.

• Losses caused solely by your use of a third-party service.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the relevant third party.

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal data in connection with the Service.

The Privacy Policy is included below on this page.

Nothing in these Terms reduces any rights you have under applicable privacy or data-protection law.

• Your activity infringes another person’s rights.

• We are required to act by law, regulation, court order, government authority, app store, payment provider, or rights holder.

• Your use threatens the operation or integrity of the Service.

• The Service or relevant feature is discontinued.

Where reasonably practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.

We may take immediate action where necessary to prevent fraud, harm, infringement, unauthorized access, or a security incident.

  1. Account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may request deletion of your account by following the instructions in the “Delete Your Soaps.show Account” section above.

Account deletion may be subject to identity verification.

Some information may be retained after deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment processing, accounting, tax, backup, recovery, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting your account does not remove information that has already been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer identify you.

  1. Changes to the Service

We may maintain, update, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Service.

Changes may be made because of:

• Technical or security requirements.

• Legal or regulatory obligations.

• Licensing or content-distribution requirements.

• App-store or platform requirements.

• Product improvements.

• Business or operational changes.

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network failures, security incidents, third-party outages, or similar circumstances.

Where a material change significantly reduces a paid service you purchased, we will provide any notice, continued access, remedy, or refund required by applicable law.

  1. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

• Every title, episode, feature, or item of content will remain available.

• Recommendations or search results will meet your expectations.

• The Service will be completely free from harmful components or unauthorized access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory guarantee, warranty, consumer right, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Willful misconduct.

• Gross negligence where such liability cannot be limited.

• Any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for direct loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss.

• Loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

• Loss resulting from your failure to protect account credentials.

• Loss caused by unauthorized use that did not result from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

• Loss caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

• Loss resulting from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

• Loss caused by events that we could not reasonably prevent or avoid.

The Service is intended primarily for personal and non-commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from personal use of the Service.

Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• The total amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or

• US$100 or its equivalent in your local currency.

This monetary limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

  1. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses incurred by us as a direct result of:

• Your willful misconduct.

• Your unlawful use of the Service.

• User Content that infringes another person’s rights.

• Your material breach of these Terms.

We will take reasonable steps to notify you of a relevant third-party claim and allow you to participate in its defense where appropriate.

  1. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory right you may have to:

• Rely on consumer-protection laws in the country where you live.

• Bring proceedings before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you and we should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting:

[email protected]

This informal-resolution requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot be restricted by these Terms.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

• The Service.

• Applicable law or regulatory requirements.

• Security practices.

• Payment or subscription arrangements.

• Platform or app-store requirements.

• Our business or operations.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version and change the “Last updated” date.

Where required by law or where a change is material, we will provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method.

The updated Terms apply from the effective date stated in the notice or revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any applicable subscription before the updated Terms take effect.

  1. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.

We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the Service, provided that your mandatory rights are not reduced.

  1. Severability

If a court or other competent authority finds that part of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining parts of these Terms will continue to apply.

  1. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if it is made in writing by an authorized representative of Mylo Labs Limited.

  1. Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, subscription, purchase, or promotion form the agreement between you and us concerning the Service.

They replace any previous agreement or understanding concerning the same subject matter.

  1. Language

These Terms may be made available in more than one language.

Translations may be provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version will control if there is a conflict between versions.

• Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

• Comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

We may sublicense these rights only to service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

The Service and its contents, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Mylo Labs Limited.

This may include:

• Software and source code.

• Website and application designs.

  1. Electronic communications

By using the Service, you agree that we may send you service-related communications electronically, including through email, in-app messages, push notifications, or notices displayed through the Service.

Service-related communications may include:

Marketing communications are subject to your preferences and applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.

  1. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service where we reasonably believe that:

• You have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms.

• Your account or activity creates a security, fraud, legal, or safety risk.

• The Service will be compatible with every device or operating system.

• Every title, episode, feature, or item of content will remain available.

• Recommendations or search results will meet your expectations.

• Third-party content or services will be accurate, available, or reliable.
